M300
Efficient, ergonomic and very reliable, the COROB™ M300 family of manual and automatic gyroscopic mixers is ideal for mixing highly viscous products in different can sizes and shapes. Thanks to its pull-out plate even the larger cans can be easily handled (HD).
The cycle terminates always in the upright position. Available in two different settings (PF and HD), both ideal for mixing the most difficult products in all can sizes and shapes. COROB™ M300 is the mixing solution for large home centres, paint stores and distribution centres.
Mixing Station
If your tinting area consists of a high-speed dosing unit, and three or four mixers, you need minimum two operators for taking full advantage of simultaneously dispensing tinting machines and producing your colours efficiently. It is in this kind of situation, that you can save a lot of money and maximise your productivity by using an automatic Mixing Station with a robot.
Typically, a COROB™ Mixing Station enables you to realise a productivity of as many as 500 pails per day with just one operator. The amount of mixers in the Mixing Station is tailored to your needs. Mixers used are gyroscopic or biaxial and can handle multiple packaging sizes. Moreover, you can configure their mixing time and speed.
