For the majority of our dispensers, dispensing is an automatic process using piston, bellow or gear pump technologies, while the mixing process is based on either vibrational or gyroscopical technologies.

COROB D200
The COROB™ D200 has been designed to meet high standards for accuracy, reliability and speed, but at an attractive price level that makes the COROB™ D200 a serious alternative to manual dispensers.
The COROB™ D200 is suitable for universal, water and solvent-based colorants and up to 16 circuits can be accomodated. Volumetric sequential dispensing is provided, based on CPS Color's patented bellow pump technology, with automatic programmable stirring of colorants.
COROB D300
The compact COROB™ D300 dispenser is inexpensive to purchase and maintain and an ideal solution for tinting low to medium paint volumes. Its simultaneous dispensing technology with the patented pump and valve lifting mechanism ensures fast operation.
The patented new fully automatic moistening system reduces the possibility of colorants drying in the nozzles. This turns the conventional daily cleaning maintenance operations into a once a week only activity.
COROB D410
The new COROB™ D410 is an automatic dispenser based on CPS Color's patented bellow pump technology and an excellent colorant dispensing solution for Do-It-Yourself stores or similar environments where medium paint volumes are tinted.
The dispenser can hold up to 32 colorants and its canisters have a volume capacity of up to 5 litres. It provides volumetric sequential dispensing with 32 circuits or the choice of volumetric simultaneous or sequential dispensing when used with 16 or 24 circuits.
BANCO
The COROB™ Banco combines performance and design with a competitive price in an automatic dispensing solution for stores where medium volumes of paint are tinted.
The highly compact COROB™ Banco is designed for tinting small and medium cans and the occasional large pail. The COROB™ Banco dispenser is available with 16, 24 or 32 circuits. It can be used with universal, water and solvent based colorants.
TATOCOLOR
The COROB™ Tatocolor dispenser offers the medium-scale store, home centre or larger department store a powerful automatic colorant dispenser that can handle small and medium cans and the occasional larger ones. It is also frequently used for colour matching in manufacturer's laboratories or at their licensees. The Tatocolor automatic dispenser with small footprint, provides you with the traditional accuracy, repeatability and speed.
The COROB™ Tatocolor is a compact dispenser with powerful ergonomic features and advanced electronics for easier maintenance and diagnostics. It ensures the user all the benefits of the COROB™ reputation for high quality dispensers.
COROB D600
COROB™ D600 family of dispensers is the latest evolution of the gear pumps technology and the extension of the sophisticated Modula concept where the ultra-efficient performance and high reliability are delivered.
The COROB™ D600 allows you to design the configuration according to the tinting system you use, with up to 24 colorants. Canister capacities can vary between 3, 4,6 and 15 litres in order to meet colorant consumption and optimise refilling frequency.
COROB D700
Meeting the most demanding colour requirements, the COROB™ D700 is an ideal dispensing solution for stores and centres where medium to high paint volumes are tinted.
The COROB™ D700's unique modular approach allows multiple configurations of canisters in different shapes and sizes, up to 20 litres in size. It is made up of elements that together make it possible to create a dispenser with the characteristics you require.
COROB D800
CPS Color has designed and engineered the COROB™ D800 to meet the most demanding colour requirements. The COROB™ D800 is the ultimate dispensing solution for stores and centres where high paint volumes are tinted, providing total flexibility and colour performance.

TDF (Tinting during filling)
Tinting During Filling (TDF)
Tinting During Filling (TDF) allows for manufacturing both the colour and the quality all along the distribution chain. Dispensers dispense both colorants and base materials into empty cans wherever it is needed: in factories, depots or stores. Colorants and base materials (normally two per each product) can be stocked in large tanks and dispensed only when needed. Examples of base materials are paints, coatings and polymers.
Modula TDF - Internal & external circuits
Medium production capacity: up to 500.000 liters per year (one operator, one shift)
The Modula Tinting During Filling colorant dispenser can be equipped with up to 32 circuits of which 16 can be external. With an external tank connection, Modula TDF allows simultaneous dispensing of base materials and colorants. Using automation and a modular approach, Modula TDF is the right solution for a broad range of applications from large stores to distribution centres, from depots to small factories.
