SAPICI SpA

The company is a long established chemical producer based in Cernusco near Milan, Italy.

They commenced production of polyurethane resins based on TDI in 1962 and introduced IPDI and MDI based polyurethane resins over the next few years.

In 1997, they started to produce Polyurethane adhesives and in 2004 opened a new plant in San Cipriano.

In 2006, they opened a new plant in China.

BENASEDO SPA

The company is one of the largest alkyd and polyester resin manufacturers in Italy, and a significant force on the European market. With the recent purchase of ICI Italia's polyester plant for can coatings, Benasedo now manufactures at three sites in Italy.
